The Beauty Chamber Boutique accepts online orders orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our showroom in Chicago, Illinois via USPS. The Beauty Chamber Boutique ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the time the order is placed. Priority and Express orders placed before 3:00PM CST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Priority and Express orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 3 days. 

Online purchases placed during holidays may experience additional processing times.


The Beauty Chamber Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the unfortunate circumstance that a package is lost or stolen, the customer must report it to the USPS. The Beauty Chamber Boutique accepts no responsibility for packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.


The Beauty Chamber Boutique offers flat rate priority shipping for $10 on purchases under $75.00.  FREE standard shipping via USPS is provided when the subtotal in your shopping cart is greater than or equal to $75.00, excluding tax and any other price adjustments. This offer is valid in all 48 contiguous U.S. states, but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, and all other U.S. Territories including Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once their package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items.
